Rory has given expert witness testimony in state and federal courts, before domestic and international arbitration tribunals, at regulatory proceedings and in depositions in more than seventy matters. Rory has been named one of the world's leading experts in arbitral proceedings by Who's Who Legal every year since its inception in 2011, and has been recognized by GAR as one of the arbitral world's "Thought Leaders."
Linda A. Ahee Linda Ahee has worked in legal and consulting capacities, as well as numerous industries for over forty years. For most of that time, Linda has been engaged in the legal field, both as a legal assistant in the litigation department of a major international law firm and as a consultant handling data and document management, data analysis, exhibit preparation, fact checking and quality control. Linda performs research, data analysis and report assistance, and serves as the second partner reviewer of GFA's reports and other deliverables.
Leonardo Giacchino, Ph.D. Leonardo Giacchino is a founding partner of Solutions Economics, LLC and has more than 20 years of experience in more than 30 countries on projects addressing economic and regulatory issues for U.S. and international businesses, investors, governments and other organizations. Carolyn Witthoft Carolyn is a founder of Libretto Group LLC and serves as a Senior Project Specialist and consultant to GFA. A chemical engineer with experience in a major international oil company, she has more than 30 years experience in engineering and consulting in heavy industries such as oil and gas, construction, and utilities, including numerous projects in litigation and arbitration, both domestically and internationally.
Marko Krejči is the owner and director of Saxum d.o.o. in Zagreb, Croatia. He combines degrees in power and sustainable energy engineering with an executive MBA and has substantial experience in all modalities of electrical generation. Marko teams with GFA on projects in Central and Eastern Europe.
